I’m Ruth - certified mindset & somatic coach, feminist, and 90s-music fan. I currently live in the South East of England, with my husband Chris and my son Rowan.

I started my first business in 2008 and, as a "sensitive" human, never quite felt like the traditional marketing tactics worked for me. Over time, I learned how to grow massively my way, and it worked.

Since then, as an aligned business mentor I have helped 2000+ service-based business owners transcend their self-doubt, express the truest version of themselves, re-pattern their nervous system, create powerful new neural pathways, and increase their bookings, prices & income.
